Like Beauty

What we were asked.

To create a Facebook page promoting the products of the company that represents the L’Oreal range of brands and imports them to Cyprus.

The Challenge.

Placing high profile – selective distribution brands next to wide distribution brands
while doing justice to both users and to  the multimillion dollar business that is the
beauty industry.

The Process.

Creating a Facebook page with the look and feel of a beauty magazine but with the content logic of a popular fashion magazine.

What we Delivered.

We invented a persona, the “Like Beauty Editor,” who creates general content about fashion and beauty alongside product posts of the most successful brands in the beauty world, answering fans’ questions and giving them beauty tips. The page included tabs featuring special offers, male beauty tips and products, and more. Thanks to a well-laid-out campaign involving an app where fans were style-profiled and the winner got to be the star of a professional photo shoot according to his or her profile, plus tactical weekly promotions, the fan base began growing steadily within only a few months of its launching. The fans are both consumers and beauty professionals and are dedicated followers of the page.

Like Beauty is one of Cyprus’s most successful Facebook pages and
a reference point for other outlets of related products.
It has expanded to include a beauty blog, which will soon be going live.
